Thanks Rick. I have added your info to the MC how-to.

I'm currently doing updates to Sam's '64 page, but I'll look at the beam how-to next. I'll do one based on my beam, and then do a separate one on CheekyMonkey's beam if the photos we took came out ok.

Your buggy looks like it is coming on well. You have some very impressive jigs! I'll definitely be keeping an eye on your progress.

Great site - I was particularly interested in the stuff about 'the frog'.
Whilst looking at your Master Cylinder How-To, I noticed that you asked for updates to your table of sizes.
I can only add one, which is for the 'Rear Drum Brake Slave Cylinder Sizes' table...
VW Type 1 (dual circuit) = 17.46mm
You also asked if anyone was interested in any of the projects waiting to be written up, so can I add my vote to the 'Offroad balljoint beam' how-to.
I've seen some photos of the work you've been doing on cheeky monkey's new buggy and am very interested to see how it comes along, as it looks very similar to what I'm trying to do with the SWB Doon I've recently started building - see http://www.shining-wit.net/rick/buggy/ for more info.
Keep up the good work...
Regards, Rick.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

The S/A to IRS conversion how-to kinda got shelved, but I'll dig out the photos and have a look at doing it. The jig I made was used for a Ultra VW how-to on it a few months ago, so if you are in a hurry see if you can find a copy.

Hi there,

Cool site. Its inspired me to get back onto my baja. Love the how-to section of the site, an excellent resource!

One question. When is the Swingaxle to IRS conversion going to be written up and uploaded??

Cheers,
David
